Calendars can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase before the first draw which the purchaser qualifies. Please call 1-855-248-9831. Draw code(s) associated with these calendars will be voided.
Calendars will be mailed within 20 business days and should arrive at the address provided within 25 business days.

Calendars are $30 each, 3-pack for $60, or take advantage of our 10-pack for $100, 20-pack for $180, 30-pack for $240, or a 70-pack for $490. There is a special promotion for the $100, $180, $240 and $490 pack levels. Applicable taxes are extra.
No, you will not receive a tax receipt for Calendar purchases.
75% of net proceeds will be contributed by Shop 4 Charity to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation with all contributions raised in Quebec benefiting the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation.

The Official Rules will be available at sweepstakesforthecure.ca or a physical copy can be requested by calling 1-855-248-9831 or by email customerservice@sweeptstakesforthecure.ca until March 31, 2018.
You are NOT eligible to enter the Sweepstakes if, at any time on or after September 1, 2016, you are or were: (a) a director, officer, employee, representative or agent of Sponsor, or Deloitte LLP any of their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, or service agencies, any entity engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Sweepstakes, or any other entity engaged in the promotion, advertisement, administration or execution of this Sweepstakes; or (b) the member of any immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children, and spouses, regardless of where they live) or households (whether or not related) of any of the foregoing such persons.

A. To Enter the Sweepstakes with Purchase: To enter the Sweepstakes by purchasing a Calendar, go online to sweepstakesforthecure.ca or by phone, call 1-800-949-4103, or submit an order form by mail to Shop4Charity 2017 Calendar Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 10, Brockville, ON, Canada K6V 5T8, and purchase a Sweepstakes calendar (the “Calendar”). You may purchase a Calendar for yourself, or for someone else (each, the “Calendar Recipient”). If you purchase a Calendar for someone else, that Calendar Recipient will be deemed to be the entrant and will receive the Sweepstakes Draw Code(s) and must agree to, and comply with, these Official Rules to be eligible to win. Purchaser must provide their own, or alternate Calendar Recipient’s, full name, complete address, and telephone number (including area code). Once you have provided the requisite information and completed the purchase transaction, Calendar Recipient will receive one (1) unique Sweepstakes Draw Code evidencing such Entry (“Entry” and collectively, the “Entries”) for each Calendar. Calendar(s,) including the unique Sweepstakes Draw Code(s) evidencing entry into the Calendar Sweepstakes, will be mailed to the Calendar Recipient specified in the order within twenty (20) business days from order date. If Calendar(s) and/or Sweepstakes Draw Code(s) are not received within twenty-five (25) business days, the Calendar Recipient should contact the Sponsor to follow up on the order.

B. To Enter the Sweepstakes without Purchase: To enter the Sweepstakes without purchasing a Calendar, send a hand-written Entry by mail to: Shop4Charity 2017 Calendar Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 10, Brockville, ON, Canada K6V 5T8, Attn: Calendar Sweepstakes Entry Request. Your Entry must be legibly hand-printed or written on a blank 8.5” x 11” piece of paper, and must include: (a) an original essay of 200-250 words about why you think it is important to support breast cancer research and awareness (the “Essay”); and (b) your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number (including area code), and a valid email address. Each Essay must be a hand-printed, original composition by the entrant, written specifically for the Sweepstakes. You must also include your return address on the exterior of the envelope, which must be legibly hand-printed in ink. Each Entry must be in a separate outer stamped envelope. Entries that are photocopied, hand-stamped, computer-generated, or otherwise mechanically produced or reproduced, without a legible postmark, or that are not printed or written manually in ink, will NOT be honoured and will be deemed void. Upon receipt of a valid Sweepstakes entry request, you will receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes, and will receive a unique Sweepstakes Draw Code evidencing such Entry for each valid request received. The Sweepstakes Draw Code will be emailed to each entrant within twenty (20) business days from receipt of the valid request. Please check your email and spam filters. If Sweepstakes Draw Code is not received within twenty-five (25) business days please contact the Sponsor. LIMIT: one (1) FREE Entry per person per day during the Entry Period. Each Entry request must be in a separate outer stamped envelope, postmarked during the Entry Period, on or before the applicable Entry Deadline received no later than five (5) business days following the applicable Entry Deadline, as set out in Rule 4 of the Official Rules.

C. To Enter the Sweepstakes with an Entry Code (Corporate Program and Retail Outlets): Individuals may alternatively have the opportunity to enter the Sweepstakes through a corporate program or retail outlet. Calendars may be pre-purchased by corporate partners and distributed by such partners for free to individuals (also “Calendar Recipients”) selected in the corporate sponsor’s sole discretion. Calendars distributed via this method will include a unique 12 digit alphanumeric entry code (each an “Entry Code” and collectively, the “Entry Codes”). Upon receipt of a Calendar, Calendar Recipients must go to the following page on the Official Website, sweepstakesforthecure.ca/entrycode.aspx to enter the Entry Code along with the individual’s full name, complete address, telephone number (including area code), and a valid email address. Once you have provided and submitted the requisite information you will receive one (1) unique Sweepstakes Draw Code evidencing such Entry for each unique and valid Entry Code submitted. Sweepstakes Draw Code(s) will be emailed to the Calendar Recipient within twenty (20) business days of entry. Please check your email and spam filters. If Sweepstakes Draw Code(s) is not received within twenty-five (25) business days please contact the Sponsor. LIMIT one (1) Entry per Entry Code.

No, Sweepstakes Draw Codes and Entry Codes are NOT transferrable. Each Sweepstakes Draw Code (whether purchased or not) and Entry Code can only be used one (1) time. All Entry Codes and Sweepstakes Draw Codes shall be subject to verification and shall be null and void if they are found to not have been obtained or submitted in accordance with these Official Rules.
The Entry Period begins on September 16, 2016 at 12:00:01 a.m. PT (i.e. Midnight) and ends on January 27, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the "Entry Period"). See the various applicable entry deadlines for different prizes below.

Unless indicated otherwise below, each prize draw described below will be conducted at 9:00:00 a.m. PT (i.e. 12:00 noon ET) under the supervision of Deloitte LLP at 400 Applewood Crescent, Suite 500, Vaughan, ON L4K 0C3. Draws will be conducted from all eligible entries received and/or postmarked by the applicable Entry Deadline.

* Early Bird Prize: Confirmed winners of an Early Bird Prize will be flown to Toronto, Ontario for a live draw scheduled to be held on December 12, 2016 to determine which prize will be allocated to which winner. See full prize description below in Rule 6 of the Official Rules.

** $10,000,000 PINK BALL DRAW: On January 26, 2018 at 9:00 am PT (i.e. 12:00 noon ET), the Sponsor will conduct a random draw under the supervision of Deloitte LLP to select one (1) entrant to participate in the Pink Ball Draw. The selected entrant will then be entered immediately into the Pink Ball Prize Draw for the opportunity to win a cash prize of $10,000,000, or $100,000. Deloitte LLP will randomly select one (1) pink ball from among the three hundred and fifty (350) pink balls available. Each of the three hundred and fifty (350) pink balls will have a pre-established cash value: one (1) ball will have a $10,000,000 pre-established cash prize value; and three hundred and forty nine (349) balls will have a $100,000 pre-established cash prize value. The winner will be awarded the pre-established cash prize value associated with the ball drawn by Deloitte LLP. Only one (1) cash prize will be awarded.

General: Winning a prize is contingent on complying with these Official Rules, including the prize claim conditions set out below. Selected participants and winners of all prizes will remain eligible for all future draws. See the Official Rules for more information.

Before any potential winner can be declared a winner of any prize, he/she must first (i) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (the “Skill-Testing Question”) without assistance of any kind whether mechanical, electronic or otherwise, and (ii) read, execute and return a declaration of eligibility/release of liability (the “Prize Claim Document”) to the redemption center (the “Redemption Centre”) by the date indicated on the Prize Claim Document.

The Sponsor, Shop 4 Charity Inc., will attempt to contact the potential winner by telephone, and by email if a valid email address was provided, within five (5) business days of the applicable draw dates described above. Once the potential winner is contacted, the Sponsor will schedule a mutually convenient time for the Sponsor to administer the required Skill-Testing Question to that individual, which must occur within eight (8) business days from the date of first contact. Following which, and provided the selected entrant correctly answers the Skill-Testing Question, the Sponsor will send that individual (via regular mail delivery and/or email to the addresses confirmed by the potential winner), the Prize Claim Document that the potential winner will be required to complete and return to the Redemption Centre, in a postage-paid envelope which the Redemption Centre will provide to him/her, by email or by fax. The Prize Claim Document will contain, among other things, a declaration of eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules, a liability release and a publicity release and must be actually received (properly completed and signed by the potential winner) by the Redemption Centre on or before a date which the Redemption Centre will specify to the potential winner. When the Redemption Centre receives the completed Prize Claim Document, the Redemption Centre will begin the verification process described in these Official Rules. It is planned that the Redemption Centre will inform the applicable entrant, if he/she is not a verified winner, within approximately twenty (20) business days from the date the completed Prize Claim Document and any other required materials are actually received by the Redemption Center. If the potential is verified as a winner, the Redemption Center will award the prize.

You will be asked for the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase for security purposes. If you were gifted a calendar you will be asked for the last 4 digits of the purchasers phone number and their last name.

If you misplaced the letter that came with your calendar, please email customerservice@sweepstakesforthecure.ca with your order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under and the phone number associated with your order, and a printable version will be sent to you by email. Alternatively, you can call 1-855-248-9831 and request a reprint of your letter and it will be mailed to you.

Calendar Orders by phone, mail or online: If purchased through the call centre, by mail or online you would receive a confirmation number – this generates the draw codes for your order and you do not need to do anything as they are active once the order is validated. If you provided an email address they would have been included in the confirmation email. If purchased by mail your entry will be activated as soon as the entry has been received and processed.

No Purchase Entries: No purchase entries will be activated as soon as the eligible entry has been processed and the confirmation email has been sent to the email address provided in your entry.

Retail Calendar: If you received a Calendar will have a 12-digit alpha-numeric code on the back, please follow the instructions included with the Calendar to “activate” the Calendar and attach your name to it. Corporate Purchases: If you were gifted a calendar and it has a 12-digit alpha-numeric code on the back – please follow the instructions included with the Calendar to “activate” the Calendar and attach your name to it. The person who gifted you a calendar may have activated it in your name before gifting – If you are unable to activate please contact us for more information.
